- Complete the Online Registration Form

- Complete the ​HS MPA Signature Page

- Collect $200 money order, school check, or booster club check (made out to NCMEA SCDBA Treasurer)

- Mail your Signature Page, Payment, & Copy of your NAfME Card to:
